An exhaustive work, published following Mirabeau's secret mission to the court of Prussia at Berlin in 1786, dealing with geography, population, agriculture, natural resources, manufactures, commerce, revenues and expenses, military affairs, religion, &c. Mirabeau was assisted in its compilation by Jakob Mauvillon and J.Thibault de Laveau. The numerous statistical tables are separately bound in the atlas volume together with ninety-three engraved military diagrams, and ten double-page engraved maps by Edme Mentelle.
