We will act for clients at auctions, nationally and internationally, on a confidential basis. As part of our retainer, we give opinions on value and quality, and we accept responsibility with regard to condition, authenticity and completeness.

We act as consultants in building collections. Due to our large network of contacts in our fields of specialization, we are able to locate fine and unusual material. During the course of our career, we have been instrumental in the creation of significant national and international collections.

We will also provide expert fair market value appraisals of books, maps, and artwork for insurance, probate, and donation purposes. We regularly perform appraisals for important Canadian collections.
