A virulent anti-Communist manifesto against the Vietnamese Communist Party and its armed wing, anticipating the bloody civil war that ensued and the defeat of French imperialism, which led to the US militarist intervention into the internal affairs of Vietnam. A significant piece of French imperialist militarist propaganda. Sixteen institutional holdings are cited in Worldcat, which records no French language edition.
